Continuing for the demo process accompanying a student project at FZD based on William Gibson's novel ‘Mona Lisa Overdrive’.
The third piece in this project was going to be an exterior design of a complex dubbed 'dog solitude' or simply 'factory' in the novel.
The premise is a desolate industrial building in a toxic environment and occupied by a couple of unusual characters.
As with the black clinic before, part of the goal was to demonstrate how to find a not so cliche solution for this design. In this case the obvious cliche way to go would have been with a large production site for physical manufacturing. Instead I took the idea of a powerplant as also an industrial site, pushed it even further into a renewable energy concept and tried out a couple of setups for a tidal wave setup
